The girl on Paris Roxanne/Dylan's Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/parisdylan550) and Britt Gurino's Twitter (https://twitter.com/BrittGurino) are the same. One of them is a Catfish or fake account

I think Paris Roxanne/Dylan may be the real account and Britt Gurino may be a fake account based on the amount of followers and content (i.e., why is Britt's Twitter page posting pics pics of other nude girls). Also, I trust Instagram more, because while there are certainly fake Instagram accounts, Twitter seems to have far more fake accounts.
