Confirming the accuracy of the I.D., her name is indeed Vivian Valentine from Cheerleader Confessions

Hopethishelps's link below did not corroborate anything, and a search was tough given that the movie is some fifteen years old and there is not much out there.

Unfortunately, the woman's face in the photo didn't look like the woman in the video.
