After some more sleuthing I've found out who she is. The girls name is Wenona

She used to do lots of bondage porn. Ropes, water torture, etc.
She has unfortunately retired.

Whoever made this edited photo also put a blonde wig on her as she is actually brunette. Here are some pictures from the scene this was taken from. However if you look at her nipples, the mole on her breast, and her abs, and the rope you can tell it is the same person. Also the man behind her can be seen and is wearing the same clothes.

Good luck to anyone else who picks up this search, I advise to cut out the right portion of the image and focus your search on the girl and the man holding her. The stairs and the person on the right are from separate sources.

Also it's very possible the original image of the girl is in color and Frog just converted it along with the other images to black and white to make them fit in together better because of mismatched lighting etc.

However it does look like Frog is still active on that forum, here's the link to his profile. Maybe he might still have the original or possibly recognize the girl.
