Her name is Tara Bowen - she's a "mainstream" actress, not a pornstar (as far as I know).

And this is not porn!

OPs pic is a screenshot from season 2, episode 6 of the tv documentary series Digging for the Truth. The episode is titled Cleopatra: The Last Pharaoh, and it first aired on the HistoryChannel in February 2006.

When you watch the episode, you'll realize that the girl in OPs pic is the title character Cleopatra in all scenic re-enactments within this episode. Tara Bowen is credited for playing this part.

I've tried to find more info about her, but except for her other credits on IMDb there's nothing... weird. The same goes for facial recognition - I couldn't find anything with pimeyes (restricted version).
