It is difficult to identify from the face. I am trying to identify by the color of the furniture and floor.

Nothing concrete, I can tell you is that this indeed isn't Ruri Sajou and that the oldest occurence of these GIFs I could find is from 02 Oct 2014. I also found out that this once was on gelbooru but since has been removed for being "Amateur/Off topic". Nothing useful in the tags, either.
