I can show you a post marked correct just yesterday where an anon only posted a link, while I posted the link, names, and scene title, and yet his was chosen over mines. Again, it's best to always post a name, but it is not a requirement to get your answer accepted if the OP isn't asking for names. So saying an answer without a name is "usually insufficient" is not true.
