Her name is Ashley aka Ally Kay, here with Keni Styles in scene 3 of the movie Punishment Inc., released by Bizarre Video in association with Wasteland Studios in 2012/2013 (it seems the scene was produced in 2010, though) .

I recently learned that Bizarre Video aka Bizarre Entertainment releases old scenes on the website Distorded:

I can't link to the official page of this scene, but there's currently a siterip availabe with hundreds of different scenes. In this siterip, the scene is titled Third case: Ashley - it's a bit shorter, but in very good quality!

On Wasteland's official website for this scene, she is credited as Ashley aka "miss Ashley" - the same goes for the official upload on ManyVids. But that's just a (fake) character name for this scene that she gives herself at the start of the scene. It is indeed pornstar Ally Kay, as you can spot on the cover of the movie above.

On a few websites, Ally Kay in this scene is currently confused with "Victoria White," who stars in scene 1 of this movie. For examples - here is the current entry on website Faphouse:

I believe the confusion is the result of several re-releases of this content by Wasteland. For example, in April 2016, the company released the movie Punishments Incorporated.

On this release, Ally Kay's scene is number 3 - and the scene of Victoria White is number 6 - and it seems both are edited/cut shorter. Nevertheless, in a review of this movie, the names of these 2 are obviously jumbled up:

As you can see, it's all a bit confusing, because of several re-releases with similar titles. But fact is: The girl in this scene and in OPs pic is definitely pornstar Ally Kay.
