A lot of hits came up for that image and some promised to reveal its source. I see below Rixityminutes66 gives an idea, but it's always good to provide details; for example, I thought the GIF shot had something to do with a show as well, based upon http://pageant-mania.ephpbb.com/t8105p400-pms-prediction-game-season-v-the-
final-results, but the shot had nothing to do with a show... at least not the show the link was about. (It's actually pretty likely there may be a television show behind this "high-five" gag, but what is it?) Anyway, in every other case as well, upon further investigation, the better leads turned out to be false.

Nevertheless, not a single one among the many links was sexually related, so I think it would be safe to assume this GIF has nothing to do with pornography. In addition, I think it would be fair to conclude the woman has a comedic bent, and it's very rare for an actress in porn to have an opportunity to do comedy. (Not that it doesn't happen, of course, but it would be very unusual.)
