Tiziana Redford IS in the film (L'Ultimo Treno, or The Last Train) but this is not her. The girl in this scene is named Persia but is credited as Venus for this film. I found this listing of her movies on IMDB.

I think it's her, but I'm not sure why an apparently African American porn star born in Philly would be performing in an Italian porno...
In the credits listed for L'Ultimo Treno on EGAFD (European Girls Adult Database) there is no mention of her, nor is there any mention of an ebony star being in that film at all.
