TLDR: No scene I could find feature this actor and actress. Another scene resembles this set up but isn't it. Maybe someone else will have better luck but ultimately I conclude there is no scene for this.

After giving this a pretty good search my conclusion is this was likely a rare photoshoot. In all my searching I did not turn up this image once or anything remotely close with these two performers.

David Loso is the male actor (very distinct tattoos) in this shot and on record he has only done two scenes with Nadia Ali. It can be seen on the Nadia's IAFD page which is generally reliable:

Maybe a photo shoot occurred in the room after / before the scene? I don't know. Photo galleries for the FootFetishDaily scene do not have David in any of them. There is a red room (kitchen?) in the back of the DaGFs scene but they never go into it and photoshoots of this scene seem to not have any images of the room.

Only other theory I had was maybe it was a photoshop job of Nadia Ali's head into a scene where David Loso is doing this to another girl but I could not find evidence of that either.
