My best guess is her name (or at least a pseudonym) is Stephanie Gikonee
There is a Twitter account here, https://twitter.com/stephgikonee It has almost nothing on it and the Twitter account says there is an Instagram account by GIKONEE9696, but I can find no account. If there was an IG account it was deleted.
However, the existence of an IG account or otherwise is possibly evidenced by a large picture collection on Imgur https://imgur.com/a/58Clf#sTcKp which I found through reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/ginger/comments/3falnx/gikonwuvsyou/ , it contains 346 pictures of this girl. Pictures 198-206 also show "Gikon" written on her chest, so there is evidence to support she is Stephanie Gikonee or at least some variant.
