Anyone know the name of this gorgeous creature?

First came across this pic on VKontakte (VK.com). Tried a lot of research on my own, but this pic doesn't seem to appear anywhere other than Russian / CIS sites. So far I've checked many places which have this image but haven't found any clue. Hope I get lucky here at NTP :) Any name, link or video links are welcome. Keeping fingers crossed :P
