I totally agree with you. There is something strange with this photo: PimEyes finds matches but some small details are different, the blurred area (I also think of the removal of a watermark) and the fact that we can't find any trace of this photo precisely...

The weird thing is that pimeyes matches the face of the girl in OPs pic with many of the pics of this model Nicci. I mean, pimeyes could be wrong - of course. But it's still strange that they match.
I thought maybe OPs pic is digitally manipulated? In the middle of the pic, there's a visible blurry line - it looks like a watermark was photoshopped out of it? So perhaps someone also doctored with the face and removed the mole?
But that's the big problem: I can't find any source for OPs pic. One of the pics from her model profile was also taken in some kind of a bathroom - this one:

The photographer is credited as Grant Sapphire Erottica - which is misleading. It's actually a guy named Nick Garton aka Sapphire Photography Garton. Unfortunately, it's a dead end - I only found this old archived pic for which she is credited:
