Firstly as well as her figure, she has a tattoo of what looks like a cross on her right hip (front) (closer examination of better pictures shows that it has more detail and is not a simple cross.)
This can be used to show that she is, or uses, the name Gabrielle Love; she also uses her real (what I assume to be her maiden) name Casey Dreux and her (what I assume to be her married) name Casey Dreux Mckinney
The tattoo is either easily hidden because of its size and location, or it has been 'airbrushed' out in many of her pictures
