The two leads I found are these (I don't put the names between tags because informations are contradictory and there is no other evidence):

Clue #1 : According to this tweet: https://twitter.com/Phallus_Coulson/status/943600432236105733, the name PolarisSlut is referenced.
But on PolarisSlut 's profile (https://twitter.com/PolarisSlut) , this tweet doesn't appear or no longer exists. Also, the girl who owns this twitter account doesn't seem to have such big breasts.

Clue #2 : This Tumblr post says Catie, filmed by Me. : https://www.tumbex.com/gkmill.tumblr/post/141801049946/cleanmoralpolite-unt

So this girl could be called Catie.
But when we look for the source of this gif, it does not appear (or no longer) on the owner's account :https://www.tumbex.com/cleanmoralpolite.tumblr/post/129128989736
Also, there is nothing on this Catie related to this gif.
