On this archived page from 2019, you can see that the clip was uploaded on April 5, 2011 (it had almost 28 million views at this point in 2019). The title of the clip on YouTube was "Milf Mom Goes Wild", it was uploaded on the account "StupidAssTelevision", the duration was 2:34 min, and the description read like this:
