The OP model is only credited as Jackie for this photo set, titled "Blue Hoodie". It was available on a site called bodysuit.club (which redirects to swimwearplus.net, a site that, based on archive.org, has existed since at least 2009).

the "date taken" given in the image file metadata is 06 Dec 2008, but that's the only useful piece of information contained therein.

Note:
Contrary to the answer given by @lingeo, facial comparison says Jackie's face does NOT match Lillias Right (aka Lillias White). Similarity is consistently (across several good quality photos) lower than 40 % (>80 % is considered same person).
