Her name is Alyce aka Alyce Noir, here in a pic from a photoset titled Roomservice and/or Hotel, released on website HighGlossDolls in 2011 or prior.

Notes:

I found both titles in these old forum threads above and first thought that Alyce is the name of the latex fashion brand that she's wearing. Because when you go to the official website HighGlossDolls, you can still find a few of these pics and buy the clothes that she's modelling:

However, Alyce Noir is indeed the name of a model from Italy, also active on social media (see referred links below). For example, you can watch her here in 2 short interviews on YouTube from 2008 - she's looks very similar to the girl in OPs pic:

But when I checked her profile on IMDb, it was a big surprise to find out that she actually shot an adult movie titled Alyce in 2009!
