I am surprised the photo above and the supplementary ones I will be including below did not come up in our "Search / Image Reverse" function, because I got these photos off of a porno GIF ad, and I imagined this particular movie would have been "famous" by now.
In the GIF, the man with the tattooed arm "embarrasses" our heroine by exposing her, and then we catch on that she is eventually won over.
I reverse image-searched with other search engines as well, but no dice.

I figured out the movie was Big Naturals ' Caught In The Shower, co-starring Nathan Red.
Because Sp0oNeAsY also came up with the identity for the movie (next time, spell it out my friend!), and because he has hardly any experience points at this point, I'll mark his answer as correct. (Not to say your fine effort has gone unappreciated, Mezar35.)
