Where can I find this video?

Her name is/was Anastasia Apultseva aka Anastasia Apulceva, Nastya Apulceva (in Cyrillic Анастасия Апульцева) - a former Russian photo model, not a pornstar.

OPs picture was taken by photographer Alexander Iskanderov aka Alexandr Maers (in Cyrillic Александр Маерс) - you can spot his label "maers.pro" in the lower left corner of OPs pic. Which also means no video exists.
