I'm so intrigued about finding who this angel is, I really hope you will come up with the answer. I've been curious for years! I actually wrote to the Tyrannized.com site, and someone was kind enough to reply -- but the one who tried to help was not very knowledgeable.
The episode is one of their earliest, dated "2005 11 24." The name of the co-star who is doing the tyrannizing is Gina Killmer, a fixture in many of the series' episodes.
The reason why this woman is so exquisite is because she managed such an authenticity with her performance; and she is so believable as well, as an innocent victim.
Her bust is not very generous, and she is tall. In all likelihood, she is a Czech woman.

Any of the forums Ive found have deadlinks to downloads of the ~20 minute scene, but havent found one that works.
Using Face Recognition like PimEyes does return some results, but then cross referencing those to find any of the details have proved fruitless.
