She's in that position with camera above from the 21.45 min mark, and the pose mostly matches up at about 24.41 but the photo used posted is just a still from the shoot and not part of the actual video.

Thanks, Dustyj. I think you're right, it must have been a still frame picture taken separately during the shoot. You can even see the camera angle is a little different (notice in the picture, you can see more things on the floor).

That's likely a picture that the filmmakers used in a preview or photo collection to advertise the video. Sometimes the poses and snapshots that appear in preview photographs will not be featured in the actual video, or that scene can only be viewed in a separate photo collection that accompanies the scene.
