After few search i finally found the Full Length of the video. It has a different setting but the actors are the same and their clothes, i think the photo is just for the promotional.

I guess i'm the hero for today, I found the girl and the guy in the video. The guy has the same shirt and the girl has the same body and facial features. It's not the full length but good luck finding the main source since this was filmed around 2009/2010 based on web archive.
