Found the original image, which was taken in 2008 for the website Southern Charms (SC) if you look at the copyright text at the top left:

Due to the ability of SC models to completely remove their pages, the age of the image, and the difficulty of finding free images from 2008 models to compare, getting an ID on the model is unlikely at best and probably won't happen by myself.
Some resemblance to these two models in the thumbnails of some of their older images, but doubtful that either is the correct match:
