The lady in question is not a porn actress, but a model who was hired to pose for a Hooters restaurant ad. Sleepwalking, you needed to make that distinction, since the purpose of this site is to uncover questions dealing strictly with pornography.
If you wanted to know the name of the woman who worked or works as a regular model, that may be practically impossible; this image has been circulating at least since 2009, almost a decade ago, and the woman (who could have been just a local model) is probably out of the picture by now.
(In addition, print ad models, perhaps unless they are famous, are rarely credited; the only way to learn the name of a print ad model would be to track down her or his agency.)
Anytime there is a "Hooters"-related story, it's not unusual for this lady to make an appearance:
