Your gif is a meme which means it is posted on many websites, at the same time it's been around atleast 8 years and if any video ever existed it would of came up somewhere but it never did.
It seems the people who made the gif probably just kept it at just that a gif, it happened on tumblr all the time where there was no video source just a gif
On top that if there was a video there would be not much more to it anyway.
there have been a few forums questioning it's original source since February 2012, nothing has ever came up
