Name and Scene?

She is a currently unidentified amateur. She is most likely not Chanel Preston, Morgan Lee, or Angel Dark, as some people have claimed, and this is a summary of a meta-analysis by@MasterX of various findings.

Information about the image

This image is unique; there are no other photos associated with it (i.e. a photoset or photographer)
The photo appears to be medium quality but not of professional-level, given the amount of blur and the resolution.

Case against Chanel Preston
Preston entered porn in January 2010.
Preston has tattoos under both collarbones.
The makeup and eyebrows in the photo differ from Preston's typical look.

It is possible (though very improbable) that Preston chose to enter porn, got tattoos, and changed her look in the months before her porn debut. However, all those factors make it highly unlikely this is the case.
Even if Preston had taken this photo, it would not have been affiliated with a scene and would be amateur porn, given the time discrepancies.
The most important factor is that there is no link between Preston and any more information about the image. Using her name does not return any information besides what speculators have put out.

Case against Morgan Lee
Lee entered porn in 2012.
Lee's breasts are smaller.
Lee is visibly Asian (mixed ethnicity; half korean, half european)
MasterX mentions a nose ring but I don't see a nose ring on either the amateur or Lee.

It is unlikely Lee would get a breast reduction surgery. While both women appear mixed-race, I personally think Lee looks more Asian than this woman does.
Even if Lee had taken this photo, it would not be affiliated with a scene or producer and would be amateur porn, given the time discrepancies.
Once again, using Lee's information does not result with more information about the image, meaning we can't make a positive confirmation.

Case against Angel Dark
Angel Dark's nose is thinner and more upturned.
Angel Dark's nipples protrude less.
The makeup styles are different.

The physical difference make it unlikely that the two women are the same. It is difficult to be completely certain since it is just the one photo we use to compare. Angel Dark was a pornstar when this image was released, however there is no findings of her in such a scene. If she had taken that photo, it was likely not with a studio, and would be an amateur.

Conclusion
The evidence suggests that this image is amateur and does not have related materials. There is no documentation in any of the look-alike pornstars' repertoire, and two of the pornstars were not even producing porn when the image was released.
There are also small visual difference that indicate that none of the women are the same as the woman in the image.
The large lack of evidence makes it very unlikely that it is any of these pornstars. It is much more reasonable to conclude that it is an amateur, one-off, private photo with no related photos. However, if there is a more conclusive finding, I will be very happy to learn of it.
