2000 Movie?

It was a movie that i watched very long time ago, around 2000. There was a short girl welcoming a tall man who looks like insurer, with a case and suit. Then she is going to bathroom, undressing, touching herself then dressing up again, going back. They're staying next to pool of that villa. You know the rest. I want to find this movie :D
