While doing some searching on the eroticity and the vintage erotica forums, I cross referenced these models: Tereza Benesova, Karolina Mirasova, Regina Hall,
Theresa(a.k.a Penthouse Darina Vanickova)
One common theme is she appeared with some of them(but not Theresa or Tereza).

the difference between "Kate" and this photo is the hair style only.
But could not confirm that she is "Kate", otherwise without a consensus.
