I was looking around it very hard for this gif, seems that this gif came from this post here:

I believe that the duo is roc and shay, this is confirmed in the comments section of the posted link. An account named FlyFox in the comments is the first one to name drop them.
Further searching around and all i could find is some tumblr posts with the gifs within them.
In other words, i dont believe there is an original video of these gifs, i do believe they are artistic shots of roc and shay for tumblr.
