Photo 7808189 does say Saya I admit, I didn't see that before, but this photoset has at least 7 different models in the 12 photos. This photo might be the same girl. It's really hard to tell. Their hair is similar. This model doesn't have any easily identifying features besides those glasses. Photo 9169470 is definitely the same girl at the same photoshoot.
As far as the Turkish New Site, I was clear that I am skeptical of it as well. I did a lot of research, and that was the only semi-official looking thing that I found that had any definitive claim. If they just made it up, they at least did it with a lot of details. Perhaps their story was correct, but they just attached a random "hot girl" photo from the internet?
I don't mean to imply that you do bad research here, but other people are using this post as "proof" that this is the right answer. I'm not saying it's not the right answer, I'm just saying It's not solid enough in my opinion.

That photo has been taken down from the site, but here's another, definitely her without glasses, says her name's Saya at Top & Bottom (by the Photographer), maybe that's one of her many names, like girls on MetArt, and maybe Everybody Else is wrong too. I don't remember how I got that, but I Don't Guess - I'm sure that pic had her name too or I wouldn't of put it on here.... These links are to a compilation of several models, and there is no mention of the word "Saya" there. If you go through to the Model name Saya, that is an Asian girl that doesn't look like this girl at all.
