How do you organize your porn?

Currently I use a firefox extension (viewmarks: https://addons.mozilla.org/es/firefox/addon/viewmarks/), that saves a picture preview of the bookmarked page (including a frame of the video, if there's a video). It also allows to add tags and write a description. So later you can search, for instance blonde + anal, and it'll show some nice thumbnails of all the bookmarks containing blondes working their asses.

The thing is, you have to write the searches, you don't have a list of tags that you can click (which would be REALLY useful when you have only one hand available to use the mouse, ahem, if you know what I mean). And you can't give any structure to the database. And it obviously doesn't include the content on my hard drive. So, It isn't perfect.

So, what do you guys use to keep track of all the models and content out there?, just your brain memory?, folders on a hard drive?, some system for regular bookmarking?, porn database?
