So the guy's handle is Black Diamond and he ran an amateur site way back in 2013 called blackdiamondexperience.com.
It's gone, and if you try to go to it now it's supposed to redirect you to southern-gents.com/blackdiamond which then redirects the user to Souther-Charms.com. Web searching his content constantly brings up links to Penelope Black Diamond's porn, making it frustrating to track down his old vids.
It's possible there may not be a video for this. Given the quality of the image compared to the quality of his videos and the era it was shot, this is looking like it was taken with HD camera as a staged photo.
I'm not seeing a video for this image on his c4s, and he DOES NOT credit any of the women he works with so it's doubtful we'll ever know the name of the woman in this photo.
