Spent a long time trying to get a bead on this one. It's an episode from GF Revenge which is normally terrible to do research for (no ready place to learn episode titles, necessary to see if the videos are available), but this one was really ridiculous. The scene is dark (on the video), the girls' faces can't be made out from the above photo, their shirts aren't on to help with making matches... and what is that crazy location?

Anyway! One clue I came up with was this itsy-bitsy video clip:.

The downloaded file yields the name, "gf-kay.wmv"
.
So one of the girls is named "Kay," presumably. Searches for GF Revenge girls with the name Kay revealed nothing. (There was a Katerina Kay... a "Big Butt in Spandex" Valerie Kay... others had Kay as a derivative of their names...)
