The girl on the left is indeed Emily18 aka Yulia Nikolina ca. 2008 (I assume). Finding the name of the other girl on the right is difficult - I assume she's also a Russian model, also age 18 in 2008.
There is someone on vk.com who posts/posted pictures from Emily18 over the years and wrote about her as a fan:
