I have found most of these "artistic" photos however are actually from a porn movie. It's just a color screen capture that has been turned into black & white and given a photo-look treatment to it.

NameItBro confirms this as correct.

Don't hold your breath getting an ID for this one... lol.

But this looks like an "artistic" photo rather than a video, so I give you an outside chance someone might connect the picture to a photographer.
