Her name is/was Katya aka Caterina, Katia, Katia M, Katya B, Katya Mitina, here in a picture taken by photographer Petter Hegre around 2002 or prior and released before he established his know well known website Hegre-Art.

It's a bit difficult to pinpoint the first ever release of this pic, because it seems it was released in several different photosets on different websites around the same time. On forum vipergirls, there's an old thread from 2015 with hundreds of pics of Katya and more detailed info about her (it's incredible, actually):
