Her name is hard to find - she might be former (?) Ukrainian (?) photo model Dasha Pashkovskaya or former (?) model Anechka Sheyko (I don't tag both names, because - at the moment - I'm not sure if it's either of them - or someone else).
OP's picture is from a photoshoot by Ukrainian (?) photographer Daniil Kamyanskoy aka Daniel Kaminski in 2012. I'm not sure a video exists - I doubt it. The original picture with his credit in the lower left corner looks like this:
