I found something this time. Looks like the photographer is Terry Donovan. He does not give us the names of the models, but this one belongs to the photoset Alien Roue. Copyright is 2006.

Man, this really is a bummer. If you login on another PC, it logs you out without warning you on the first place. You can't delete the anonymous post, so...

Found What appears to be a lot of photos in a photoset. There is probably no video, but I can't tell for sure. I can't find any kind of official place where these photos were taken. I know they must be older than January 11th 2007, since I found posting back that far.
