Her name is Angelina Nevskaya aka Un, Ungehleenah, Ya_zamyorzla, Ya_zamerzla - a self-described rope artist with an "experimental approach to dance" and film.

My big problem: Right now, I can't find better proof with a longer scene of OPs gif!

What I did find is OPs gif, posted by her on her account on reddit 2 years ago:

I assume it's part of a slightly longer short film, originally filmed around 2014. But - so far - I can't find more on all of her socials.

There are currently 22 short videos on her account on vimeo, but I can't spot a clip that includes OPs gif:
