Interview with creators of calendar suggests that there were only 5 models. Cherie Roberts says she didn't model in this.

So with all this info, my guess is it is Carli Banks or Nikki Kane.

I'm going to stop writing now. Someone else can narrow it down further.

I do not think it is possible to answer this question any more. The earliest posting of the picture was between April and May of 2008. You can find the original posting of the picture at the link below, to the lower left there is a download key with an option to choose a larger size. The site referenced in the pic no longer exists. The link below also states he was the photographer of the picture and what equipment was used, but no list of a model's name. Maybe someone else can take the trail farther...
