I can see you have screen captured this from somesort of media player. If its not autogenerated thumbnail by a content host like for example http://xhamster.com , then there is really no way to backtrace it. Also, since its not obviously a famous porn star, then the chances that somebody will know her name is slim.

Either provide a online full video link or explain where you got the video from. There is simply no other way.
