Who is she????

Her name is/was Katlyn aka Katlyn Davis - a (semi-professional) photo model, not a pornstar (and she most likely retired a long time ago).

In the upper left corner of OPs picture, you can spot the url of a website called Digital Willy. When you search for OPs picture via tineye, one of the results is the following webpage from Digital Willy:

When you scroll down, you can spot OPs picture as a thumbnail for number "282 - 8/23/9 - Metuchen":

When you look at the url of the picture, you can find her first name: Katlyn. Now, when you search via google for her first name in connection with the website Digital Willy, you'll find several results that point you to another website called Glamour101, run by photographer Greg Price. For examples:

On both pages, you can find a link to a page for Katlyn:
