It's not. Its a gif made with source filmmaker. Theres a lot of source filmmaker porn out there. The girl is a final fantasy character (I think 8? I know it's the one Yuna was I'm). Most of the people who make these have tumblrs full of their work. The ad stole the gif like they usually do but this isn't actual from a game or video, it's just gif.
