Names, video name or just hints?

Gents, I have a difficult task ahead of you. I am trying to find out more about this video - it seems to be an excerpt of a larger video however all my efforts to identify the people or at least narrow down the search has failed.

Video contains actress(?) face so I've tried reverse image search, facial search, name search and everything I could think of in between - this is my last resort.
