The above download is the only working link that I could find for this scene at the moment. The scene is correct, OPs gif is around mark 19:21 min (I just downloaded the file).

At the start of the video, a title card is shown in red saying "Brutal Tales," then a title card in yellow saying "Home Invasion," and after the credits for the porn stars, there's a credit for the director, Jasper Cain.

At the end of the video, there is a card saying "Custom Video Production / www.BrutalTales.com," followed by a copyright 2008 for Astaroth Entertainment Group.

I tried to find a bit more information about everything, but - to be honest - the scene itself is underwhelming. There's laughable acting by both of the porn stars, combined with camera work that's amateurish, and some horrible sound effects and background noise - it hurts to watch.

Anyways, I can't find anything about this scene on archived pages of website Brutal Tales. Between 2000 and 2002, it seems the company had to switch servers due to their content - and after that, the content is re-directed to a paysite:

It could be that the credited porn star Violetta Blue is the same one who was well known as Noname Jane aka Ada, Jane, Violet, Violet Blue, Violet Heat:

According to IAFd, the well known pornstar has/had a "Butterfly on lower back" - and you can see such a tattoo on this Violetta Blue in this scene starting around 16:30 min. Still, I'm not sure it's her or someone else, because somehow she looks older and her acting is very unprofessional.

I couldn't find anything about the director's name. But there is a second scene titled Strangled Teacher that looks very similar to this one - and it's most likely from the same director for website Brutal Tales:

It's from Brutal Tales, but I couldn't find somewhere to watch or any download link working.
"Brutal Tales - Home Invasion"
