1.) From start to mark 1:34 min.
2.) From mark 1:34 min until the end.
You can spot this best by the outfit of the lady who's not strapped: The first girl wears a leopard print dress, the second wears blue jean and a black top.
The second scene is indeed "Stormy Racked" - that is correct. Stormy might be also known as Stormy Evans, but I'm not sure it's the same girl:
