The lady is definitely provocatively braless, BagoDeUva, but I am not going to jump to the conclusion she is a "porn actress." It is just as possible she is a "regular person" who happened to be in a risque mood.
I have what is a very slim lead. Here was one of my Tineye.com image search results:

Now those sites are dead and buried, but the page the photo was identified with indicates the woman just might have been named "Lauryn Busso."
When I searched for "Lauryn Busso," I did not come up with anything relevant. Of course, this woman may have nothing to do with the name, but if she really is "Lauryn Busso," it could be an indication that she is just a "regular person"... and wherever this photo first appeared, it could have been here today and gone tomorrow.
(Additional note: another result was dated "2014-11-23," indicating this photo was around before the "2015-03-07"-dated "Lauryn Busso" appearance.)
