The picture is old so it has been posted everywhere from twitter, xvideos albums, pinterest, gay porn sites over and over and it never leads to any video
Here is a facebook post that was posted back in july 2013, its a side by side picture of 2 guys with the same tattoo maybe one of the pics is not the same guy but a different guy or a photoshopped

Besides those 2 pics no other pics show up
The only website that makes it appear as if there is a video is realasianbfs.com if you scroll down you will find this picture show a duration of 17 min and over 800,000 views but that just looks like a shady website and i wouldn't personally sign up to find out

After checking every website that has this picture available, For me the answer is there is No Video related to that picture
