Anyone recognise this scene?

Got this screenshot when looking for more of a performer on Pimeyes, and would like to know the source scene, reverse-image search isnt turning up anything due to the blur/crop. Anyone recognize it? Presumably the scene is French from around 2013, as the performer otherwise has one known scene from Jacquieetmicheltv (french pro-am producer)
